The service

Frontend Glossary offers term lookup, beginner guides, page analysis, diagnosis and suggestions, previews, Agent upgrades, and prompt generation. The glossary and guides are open to everyone. AI features require an account, and some tools require a subscription.

Your account

• Sign up with an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• If someone else is using your account, change your password and contact the administrator as soon as possible.

Credits

• AI features use credits per use. See Pricing for current rates. Rates may change, and any change will be posted on that page.
• Credits live in two balances: your permanent balance (signup bonus, redeem codes, admin grants) and your subscription credits for the current cycle. Subscription credits are used first, then your permanent balance.
• If a call fails, the credits go back to the balance they came from. Credits can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• When you use your own API key, no platform credits are used. Any charges from that provider are between you and them.

Subscriptions and refunds

• A subscription is paid in full up front through WeChat Pay and doesn't renew automatically. If you renew before it ends, the new period is added to your current end date.
• During a subscription, the included credits are granted every 30 days. Credits left at the end of a cycle expire and don't carry over. When the subscription ends, Pro features stop working and your subscription balance is cleared. Your permanent balance isn't affected.
• Paid orders are fulfilled on the plan terms at the time of purchase (price, length, included credits, and features). Later plan changes don't affect orders you've already paid for.
• Refund policy: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you've used less than 20% of this cycle's included credits. Otherwise, refunds are prorated by the days left.
• To request a refund, contact the administrator with your account email and order number (you'll find it under Account · Subscription & orders). Refunds go back to your WeChat Pay account, and the subscription time for that order is removed once the refund goes through.
• For an invoice, contact the administrator with your order number, invoice title, and tax ID.

What you upload

• Only upload screenshots and content you have the right to use. Don't upload pages that contain other people's private information, passwords, or other sensitive data.
• You keep all rights to what you upload. We process it only to complete the analyses you start. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• Don't use this service to analyze or copy other people's websites in ways that infringe their rights, or for anything illegal.

Generated results

• Suggestions come from hand-written rules, while recognition and generation are done by AI. Results may be wrong, so use your own judgment.
• The Agent produces standalone HTML previews and prompts for AI. It never changes your project code. Whether and how you use them is up to you.
• Previews and upgraded versions are for reference only and aren't guaranteed to be ready for production.

Changes and termination

We may change or pause some features, and we'll try to announce it on the site in advance. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended.
