Vibe Coding

Vibe coding is like being the director instead of the actor. You say what you want, watch the takes, and give notes, while the AI does the actual "acting" (writing the code). The term started out half as a joke: it meant building something by chatting back and forth with AI on gut feel, without really reading the code.

It lets people with no programming background build working prototypes, but it has clear pitfalls. The bigger the project, the more often the AI fixes one thing and breaks another. And if you can't read the code, it's hard to tell whether the AI's "fixed" really means fixed.

To go further, build a few habits: describe what you want with the right terms, save a snapshot with Git before changes, have the AI do one thing at a time, and write a clear spec before starting on important features.
